KLW Plastics manufactures 1 – 7 gallon, UN and non-regulated tight head plastic containers. In 2014, KLW began production of tight head containers made of 60 – 100% post-consumer resin as well as light weight “hybrid” containers that combine this technology with a corrugated container. The corrugated manufacturing technology allows weight reduction between 15 – 30% while maintaining container integrity. With these products, industrial container users can reduce virgin plastic content, recycle and reuse containers in many cases reduce container weights of both plastic and corrugated materials.
